WHAT is going on with specific student groups 
- WHAT factors may be causing behavioral sabotage or encouraging success (at home, with friends or in school)
- WHAT is going on in the learning environment
- WHAT kind of relationship the teachers and staff have with students
- If there are parenting issues that may be helpful or detrimental
- If there are violence or substance abuse issues (shows which one(s): tobacco, alcohol or drugs)
- If there is sexual activity -- when and how much
- If there is peer pressure -- where and how it is directed
